Fees & Pricing Disclosure — JabalPay
Effective date: March 4, 2026
Last updated: March 4, 2026
This Fees & Pricing Disclosure explains the types of fees, rates, and limits that may apply when you use JabalPay (the “Services”). It is designed to help you understand what you may pay before you submit a transaction.
If you have questions, contact [email protected].
1) Key principle: you see pricing before you confirm
Before you complete a transaction, we will show you (where applicable):
-
the amount you pay
-
the amount the recipient receives
-
any fees
-
any exchange rate (FX) or conversion rate used
-
the estimated processing/settlement time
If you do not accept the displayed pricing, do not confirm the transaction.
2) Types of fees that may apply
Depending on the product, corridor, payment method, and your verification/risk tier, fees may include:
A. Service fee
A fee charged by JabalPay for processing a transaction.
B. Payment method fee
Fees charged based on how you fund a transaction (for example, bank transfer or other payment methods). Some payment methods may have higher costs due to network or processing rules.
C. Network / third-party fees
Third parties involved in executing transactions (such as payment processors, banking/payment rail partners, or blockchain networks if digital assets are involved) may charge fees. Where possible, these will be included in the pricing shown before you confirm, or disclosed as separate line items.
D. Chargeback or dispute-related fees
If a chargeback or dispute occurs (where supported by the payment method), third-party fees may be passed through to you where permitted by law and network rules. See our Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks Policy for details.
3) Exchange rates (FX) and conversions
If your transaction involves currency conversion (including FX or conversion into/out of digital assets):
-
We will disclose the rate applied and the final amounts before you confirm.
-
The rate may include a spread (a margin between the market rate and the rate applied).
-
Rates can change quickly due to market conditions. A quote may be valid only for a limited time.
4) Minimums, maximums, and limits
Transactions may be subject to:
-
minimum and maximum transaction sizes,
-
daily/monthly limits, and
-
limits based on verification level, risk checks, corridor constraints, or partner coverage.
Limits may change over time and may vary by user.
5) Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your use of the Services, unless we are required by law to withhold or collect taxes.
6) Receipts and transaction history
Where available, we provide transaction confirmations and a transaction history in your account or through transaction notifications.
7) Changes to fees and pricing
We may update our fees, pricing structure, and limits from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services and/or by email. Updated pricing will always be shown to you before you confirm a transaction.
8) Questions
If you have questions about fees, pricing, limits, or how a specific transaction was priced, contact [email protected].
