JabalPay is registered in Canada as a Money Services Business (MSB).

MSB Registration Number: N300000035

Important: MSB registration is a compliance status and does not mean that any government authority endorses JabalPay or guarantees customer funds.

3) Where our Services are offered

Our Services may be available only in certain countries, regions, and corridors, and may change at any time due to legal, regulatory, operational, or partner requirements.

You may not use the Services if:

• you are located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of a restricted jurisdiction, or

• you are a sanctioned person/entity or otherwise prohibited under applicable sanctions laws.

4) No card products

JabalPay does not currently issue payment cards. If we introduce card products in the future, additional disclosures and terms may apply.

5) Use of third-party providers

JabalPay may rely on third-party providers (including banking/payment rail providers, compliance providers, and infrastructure providers) to help deliver parts of the Services.

These providers may have their own compliance requirements, onboarding requirements, and operational constraints that affect:

• verification requirements (KYC/KYB),

• transaction limits,

• processing times, and

• availability by jurisdiction or corridor.

6) Not a bank

JabalPay is not a bank. Unless explicitly stated for a specific product, customer balances (if any) are not bank deposits and are not insured by deposit insurance schemes.

7) No investment advice

JabalPay does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for your situation and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

8) Updates

We may update these disclosures from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and publish the revised version on our website.
