Last updated: March 4, 2026
This Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent (“E-Sign Consent”) explains how JabalPay Inc. (“JabalPay,” “we,” “us”) provides you with information electronically and how you agree to use electronic records and signatures when using jabalpay.com and our services (the “Services”).
Contact (all inquiries): [email protected]
1) Consent to electronic communications
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, notices, policies, agreements, and statements related to the Services electronically (collectively, “Communications”), rather than in paper form.
Communications may be provided to you by:
-
email to the address associated with your account,
-
in-app or account dashboard notifications (if available), and/or
-
posting on our website (including updates to policies and terms).
2) What you agree to receive electronically
Examples of Communications include (without limitation):
-
Terms of Service and policy updates
-
Privacy, cookie, and compliance notices
-
Transaction confirmations, receipts, and status updates
-
Account alerts, security notices, and fraud warnings
-
Verification (KYC/KYB) requests and outcomes
-
Dispute/complaint communications
-
Any legally required disclosures related to the Services
3) Electronic signatures
You agree that your electronic actions (such as clicking “I agree,” checking a box, submitting a form, or otherwise indicating acceptance) constitute your electronic signature and are legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4) Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain Communications, you must have:
-
a device (computer or smartphone) with internet access,
-
a current web browser,
-
access to the email address you provide to us, and
-
the ability to view and save documents (for example, PDF or web pages).
You are responsible for maintaining these requirements. If you cannot access Communications electronically, you should not use the Services.
5) Keeping your contact details up to date
You must keep your email address accurate and current. Communications are considered delivered when sent to the email address associated with your account or made available through the Services.
If you lose access to your email, you must contact [email protected].
6) Requesting paper copies (if available)
Where permitted and operationally feasible, you may request a paper copy of certain Communications by emailing [email protected].
We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law.
7) Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by emailing [email protected].
Important: Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the Services to you (because electronic delivery is required to operate the Services). If you withdraw consent, we may restrict or close your account to the extent permitted by law.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of Communications previously provided electronically.
8) Communications in English
Unless we explicitly agree otherwise, Communications are provided in English.
9) Changes to this E-Sign Consent
We may update this E-Sign Consent from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and publish the revised version on our website.
